Studio rules

• There are no refunds after booking the studio. Reschedules are allowed within 4 weeks of original rental without any penalty once.

• Renters of the studio are expected to maintain satisfactory conduct and demeanor during the rental period. If for whatever reason behavior of the renter is deemed unsatisfactory by the studio manager, the studio representative has the right to require the renter and associated parties to vacate the studio immediately and with no refund of payment for the remainder of the rental period.

• Pets or animals are not allowed on the Premises without prior consent of White Wall Studio and its representative(s). There is a $25 pet fee per pet that is brought into the studio.

• Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level throughout the entirety of the Renter’s rental period.

• One photographer and photographer’s clients are allowed within the studio at any one time for a standard rental. All others will be a multi client rental.

• We will open/close the studio for you so all you have to do is show up and walk into the studio. We may not always be there so try the door. There is no code.

• Smoking is prohibited within the studio and immediately surrounding areas.

Cleaning & Damage

Please, leave the studio in the same condition as you found it! If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, a cleaning fee will be charged. Renter agrees to remove all trash, props, items, set pieces, furniture, fixtures, etc. accrued by the Renter during the rental period. Please put all furniture back how you found it when you arrived to the studio. Items left at the studio must be retrieved by the Renter. If within 7 days the items have not been claimed, White Wall Studio and its representatives maintain the right to keep or discard of the items without further consent or compensation due to the Renter.

Waiver of liability

Use of the studio Premises and equipment is at the Renter’s risk. The renter hereby agrees that White Wall Studio and those affiliated with White Wall Studio are in no way liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury, or loss to Renter, Renter’s party or possessions while on the Premises. The Renter holds harmless and indemnifies White Wall Studio and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.
